Operation Introduction：

Step 1 Positioning with the tape

First, wrap the packing tape around the goods, then insert both ends of the tape into the tool's track and tension device as shown in the diagram, and tighten / fix the side lever on the tool. This will initially secure the packing tape.

Step 2 Fixing the tail of the tape

Place both ends of the tape into the tool's slot to ensure the tape is flat and not distorted. Make sure the tail of the tape is firmly pressed by the fixing block of the tool to prevent slipping during subsequent tightening.

Step 3 Tightening the packing tape

Press the right tension handle repeatedly and use the ratchet mechanism to continuously tighten the packing tape until the tape is tightly adhered to the goods, reaching the desired binding strength.

Step 4 Pressing the metal clasp

After tightening is complete, place the metal packing clasp at the overlapping position of the upper and lower layers of the packing tape, align it with the pressing slot of the tool, and press the pressing handle to deform the metal clasp and securely lock the two layers of packing tape together.

Step 5 Cutting the packing tape

After the pressing is completed, use the built-in cutter of the tool to cut off the excess tail section of the packing tape, completing the entire binding process.

Step 6 Final result

The final product is the firmly locked packing tape joint with the metal clasp, which is sturdy and reliable and can withstand the transportation tension of the goods.
