Operation Introduction：
Prep & Load the Strap
Wrap the steel strap around your load, leaving a 20–30cm overlap. Insert the two overlapping strap ends into the tool, with the bottom strap (closer to the load) in the lower slot and the top strap (free end) in the upper slot. Make sure they are flat and parallel.
Tension the Strap (Tighten)
Hold the sealing handle steady with your left hand. Use your right hand to pump the vertical tensioning lever back and forth repeatedly. This will pull the strap tight around the load until you reach the desired tension.
Seal & Cut the Strap (Friction Weld)
Once the strap is tight, push the sealing/cutting lever fully forward with your left hand until it stops. This creates a friction-welded joint (no buckles needed) and cuts off the excess strap tail in one motion.
Release the Tool
Lift the tensioning lever up, then slide the tool to the right to disengage it from the strap. Your bundle is now securely packed!

Problem 1: What type of strapping material is compatible with this tool?
This tool is specifically designed steel strapping (metal bands), and cannot work with PP or PET plastic straps.
Problem 2: What size strapping should I use?
Metal steel strapping Tool has more accessories, machine usually come with 3/4'' (19mm) strap setting, but it also suitable for 1/2''(13mm)5/8''(16mm), If you need to pack different widths, please replace the gasket firstly.
Problem 3: Is there a specific way to stand while tensioning?
Yes. Do not stand in line with the strap while it is tensioned, as the strap could break.
Problem 4: Can I use any replacement parts for maintenance?
No. Original spare parts must be used exclusively. Using non-original parts will void the warranty and end limited liability.
