Wrapping film (stretch film) usage method, divided into manual type + machine type
1. For manual wrapping (for household use / small batch packaging of hardware):
① Pull out the film head and attach it tightly to the outside of the goods / entire box of hardware;
②Tighten the film to wrap around the box / pallet and use 300% stretching force to tighten the goods;
③Repeat the wrapping process multiple times to reinforce, then stick the film head to the film surface (comes with self-adhesive, no need for tape), and tear it off by hand.
2. Machine Wrapping (Large-scale Pallets in Factory)
①The paper tubes are fixed onto the rotating shaft of the wrapping machine to hold the entire roll of film;
②The equipment automatically pulls the film and rotates the pallet to wrap it, completing the entire process of packaging with hardware on the pallet automatically.
